It all started with a discovery!
The incredible tastes brought 5 seasoned entrepreneurs together establishing the brand.
The first restaurants were opened in Turkey in 2012 under «Tavuk Dünyası» brand name, meaning “World of Chicken” and then globally under GAGAWA brand name.
As of 2018, the brand became the number one chicken focused restaurant chain in Turkey.
In a decade, the brand exceeded 275 restaurants in more than 50 cities in Turkey.
In 2015, one of the leading equity firms in Turkey, «Mediterra Capital Partners» invested in GAGAWA accelerating growth and institutionalization. Mediterra Capital Partners holds majority of company’s shares.
And we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of our establishment in this year!
